International sales role for B2B expansion in DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Box Air Klima was founded with a simple idea: even what goes unnoticed deserves care and design. Our covers for air conditioners, heat pumps, and wallboxes are now in demand all over Europe – and this is just the beginning. To strengthen our international presence, we are looking for a Sales Representative fluent in German, who will help us develop new relationships in the DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with resellers and installers, the true key players in the sector.
Your job will be to manage incoming leads and opportunities, open new collaborations, follow international negotiations and contracts, and consolidate trust-based relationships with business partners, working closely with our internal team to ensure consistency, support, and a high-level service. You will have catalogs, price lists, digital tools, and marketing support at your disposal – plus the opportunity to grow in a young and rapidly expanding international environment.

✔ Manage leads from e-commerce, marketplaces, and marketing campaigns
✔ Consolidate relationships with installers, resellers, and foreign distributors
✔ Attend trade fairs and industry events in DACH markets
✔ Analyze market data and customer feedback to support sales strategies
✔ Collaborate with the internal team (marketing, customer care, administration)
We want you to have…
✔ Fluent knowledge of German (native or C1/C2 level)
✔ Experience in B2B sales roles, preferably in related sectors (HVAC, construction, design, outdoor).
✔ Ability to conduct international negotiations and manage complex offers.
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
✔ Interest in innovative design products and ability to highlight their potential with customers.
It would be an advantage if you also had...
✔ Knowledge of other foreign languages (English or French).
✔ Familiarity with CRM and digital sales management tools.
✔ Active networking in related sectors (HVAC, construction, energy, technical furniture).
