Shipping costs

All shipments from M2 WORK S.r.l.s., headquartered at Via Roma no.15, 61032 Fano (PU), Italy, VAT no. IT 02693340412, are free of charge.

Shipping outside the European Union

We ship outside the EU only for large orders.
In these cases, delivery is DAP (Delivery At Place): the shipping cost (starting from €90) includes export customs fees and transport from our warehouse to the recipient’s address.

Import customs fees, including VAT and any applicable duties, are borne by the buyer and will be requested directly by the appointed customs operator.

Shipping method and times

We ship exclusively via express courier.

  • Shipping within 14 working days from payment receipt
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days from dispatch (excluding courier delays)

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking code via email.

Packaging

Each product is carefully packed using protective boxes and shock-absorbing materials to ensure maximum safety during transport.

Big Blade VXL and 3XL models

The VXL and 3XL Big Blade models are shipped fully assembled, on pallets.
Due to their size and weight, delivery is made at truck tailgate level.

To receive them correctly:

  • You must be present at the time of delivery
  • Arrange the help of a second person for handling
  • Ensure a clear and accessible space for pallet unloading

Delivery is guaranteed only if accessible by medium or large-sized vehicles. Otherwise, the courier will unload the goods at the closest accessible and safe point.

Floor delivery and accessibility

Delivery takes place at street level, near the entrance of the property.
Couriers are not required to bring the product inside or to upper floors.

If access is not compatible with delivery vehicles, unloading will occur at the nearest accessible and safe location. The customer is responsible for moving the goods to the final destination.

Damaged goods during transport

Despite our careful courier selection, transport risks may occur.
Upon delivery:

  • Check that all packages are intact
  • If you notice visible damage (damaged, deformed, or opened box), sign with a specific note describing the issue (e.g., "punctured box" or "tampered packaging")

A generic reservation will not allow us to file a claim.

After receiving the goods, check the contents immediately.
In case of issues, contact us within 5 days, providing photos and a detailed description.
We will handle the claim with the courier and provide all necessary support.

Delays or failed deliveries

BOX AIR KLIMA / M2 WORK S.r.l.s. cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by:

  • Force majeure (e.g., snow, strikes, fires, natural disasters)
  • Courier-related issues
  • Errors or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
