A regular invoice is issued for each product and must be kept for warranty purposes. It is sent as an attachment by email to your registered email address on the day we ship the order. Please open the attachment, print it and keep it.
Our warranty terms set out below comply with the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 – Articles 128 et seq.).
The current consumer protection regulations governing the warranty provide, in the event of a product affected by a manufacturing defect, for replacement with a new product or, alternatively, for proper repair should replacement prove excessively burdensome for the seller.
Warranty replacement procedure
We carry out the replacement in the event that the product is new and has never been used (and therefore the malfunction appears upon receipt), proceeding as follows:
-initial checks are carried out through telephone support or by e-mail; the main issues, especially the less complex ones, are often resolved through the simple telephone support provided by our specialised technician, who explains and resolves the most common mistakes made during assembly or when putting the product into operation.
-if the above checks do not lead to a positive outcome, we arrange collection of the product by one of our couriers, at our expense;
-once the product has been received, it is inspected together with the reported issue in order to verify that the problem was not caused by incorrect assembly or improper start-up;
-shipment of the replacement product, again at our expense.
The replacement product is always sent only after the collection of the item reported as defective, without exceptions.
Warranty claim procedure in case of payment with PAYPAL
If the customer paid for the purchase of the product using PayPal and no more than 6 months have passed since the payment, the warranty claim procedure will be more complex. In order to activate a warranty claim, the consumer must open a “dispute” in their PayPal account, where they must specify the problems encountered with the product (attaching photos or other material if required by the nature of the issue), clearly stating that they are requesting warranty service from the seller.
We will then proceed with the collection of the product in order to provide the warranty service and replace the product according to the two procedures described in the sections above.
After 6 months from the payment date have passed (but still within the 2-year legal term), the warranty procedure will return to the standard terms explained in the previous sections.
PROMISES & RECOMMENDATIONS
Warranty exclusions:
- Product commissioning operations at the point of sale or on site
- Problems resulting from assembly or commissioning not carried out in accordance with the user manual
- Routine preventive maintenance operations, as defined in the user manual
- Problems relating to the use of lubricants not compliant with the user manual
- Replacement of materials and parts subject to wear and tear (seals, stickers, plexiglass)
- Problems relating to use under abnormal or excessive conditions compared to those set out in the user manual
- Problems relating to failure to comply with the maintenance conditions defined in the user manual
- Repairs resulting from accidents, improper handling or negligence
- Any compensation or reimbursement of installation or repair costs by an unauthorised repairer in the event of damage to the product
In conclusion, our constant effort is to provide assistance as quickly as possible and in ways that ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction, while trying to accommodate requests in full compliance with, and within the limits of, the laws currently in force protecting consumers in matters of warranty and assistance.

AND ONE FINAL RECOMMENDATION: We always suggest carefully reading the instruction manual supplied with the products before use. In fact, many of the issues reported to us are often caused by improper use of the item due to failure to comply with the instructions set out in the manual (this specific circumstance is not covered by the warranty).
