How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes between 2 and 14 business days, depending on the product, time of year, and destination. As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship throughout the European Union using a reliable express courier. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free.
Do I need to prepare in any way for the delivery?
In most cases, no: almost all of our products are shipped partially assembled, in flat and easy-to-handle packages. Delivery is carried out via standard courier, with no particular requirements from the customer.
Exceptions are the VXL and 3XL sizes of the Big Blade (heat pump covers), which are shipped fully assembled and ready for installation. In these cases, it’s important to prepare in advance to correctly receive the product:
- be present at the time of delivery
- have a second person to help with the handling
- provide a clear and easily accessible space for unloading the pallet (delivery takes place at the truck’s tailgate)
If no one is present at the time of delivery, a new attempt will have to be scheduled.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Check the packaging upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, sign with a specific reservation and contact us immediately — we’ll help you resolve the issue quickly.

Can I return a product?
What happens if the product is faulty?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, let us know: we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund, with no extra costs.

Installation
Are the products easy to install?
Yes, our products are designed for simple installation, even on your own. Every item comes with detailed instructions.
Can I install it myself, or do I need a technician?
Most products can be installed independently, even without prior experience — just follow the instructions. The materials are lightweight and easy to handle.
For some accessories (like wall-mounted or EV charging covers), the help of an electrician or installer may be useful, especially for installations at height.
Do you provide screws and mounting accessories?
Each cover comes with all the components required for its assembly.
However, the wall mounting hardware (plugs and screws) may vary depending on the surface (wood, concrete, thermal insulation, ventilated walls, etc.). In these cases, just ask your local hardware store: they’ll easily recommend the right solution.
Do I need to drill into walls or floors?
It depends on the type of installation. Some models must be fixed to the ground or wall, while others are designed to be free-standing and require no drilling.
Can I move the cover later on?
Yes, all covers and stands can be removed and reinstalled if needed — just take care with the original mounting points.
