Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DIRECTIVE 2011/83 / EU, RATIFIED IN ITALY WITH D. LGS. 21 FEBRUARY 2014, No. 21)

If the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form of the site www.boxairklima.com), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, if this has been stipulated and concluded remotely, for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.

To exercise the return, the customer must communicate his will to take advantage of this right within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The communication may take place, for example, by means of an assistance ticket, registered letter, telephone or email. This communication must contain the buyer's name and surname, no. order, no. invoice and purchase date. BOX AIR KLIMA / M2 WORK SRLS will follow up on the request by opening an assistance ticket.

The customer is requested to return the products in the same conditions of receipt, with the original packaging (intact and complete in all their parts as they are considered integral parts of the goods), manuals, accessories, parts, keys and everything that was in equipment, without any lack.

The consumer is eventually and solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In the case in which the asset is evidently used, such as to undergo a consequent commercial devaluation upon its re-marketing in the state of "used product", an eventual reduction in value will be carried out. The same thing also in the case of lack of the original packaging or its non-integrity, such as to require its repurchase from the manufacturer and replacement of the same.

To limit damage to the original packaging, we suggest, when necessary, to insert it in a second box, avoiding in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging. The customer will forward the product through his own forwarder to the logistic structure of our company (BOX AIR KLIMA / M2 WORK SRLS via Roma, 15 Fano - 61032 (PS) - Italy within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal. Direct shipping costs of the return are charged to the customer.

The goods, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, travel under your responsibility, it is therefore advisable to insure the shipment against theft, loss or damage during transport (for which we do not assume any responsibility in the return transport ).

Once the goods have been received, we will refund the customer the full amount of the transaction (subject to the limitations referred to in the previous points and excluding any additional costs including cash on delivery costs in the event that the customer has used this service), within 14 days. from the day on which we will be informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract, using, except in special cases, the same payment method chosen by the customer.The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates to have returned the goods, if earlier.

WITHDRAWAL OF THE SUPPLIER

BOX AIR KLIMA / M2 WORK SRLS, has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement by providing the customer with a simple motivated communication if there are causes of force majeure or supervening impossibility not attributable to the online store or to the carrier. In such cases, the customer will only be entitled to a refund of any sum already paid.
