Big Blade heat pump cover, floor standing nex to the wall
Box Air Klima's Big Blade Cover is shipped fully assembled and complete with accessories. Available in different sizes and three possible installation configurations:
- Wall installation
- Ground installation, next to the wall
- Ground installation, free-standing
The cover is made of composite aluminium, which compared to simple sheet metal is more rigid, more insulating, and produces less noise in wind and driving rain.
Available in two basic colours and many different special colours on request. The cover can be painted (we recommend ordering the colour white in this case).

Measure your heat pump
Follow these guidelines to select the correct cover size. Choosing the right size is essential to ensure a perfect fit and optimal protection of your air conditioner.
Width
Measure the width taking into account the protruding elements of the unit. Also pay special attention to the footprint of the pipes.
Height
Measure the height from the floor to the roof of the unit. The ground feet are extendable up to 6cm and allow you to compensate for any unevenness in the ground.
Depth
Measure the depth taking into account the protruding elements of the unit. Pay particular attention to the dimensions of the floor supports and pipes.
The shell of our covers is made of aluminium composite, with a solid, lightweight polymer panel enclosed between two strong, painted aluminium layers. The panel is stronger and more durable than wood and maintenance-free, and is quieter and more insulating than sheet metal.
The support elements, brackets and hardware are made of robust, stainless steel.
Our Big Blade large heat pump covers are pre-assembled in-house by our technicians, including all necessary accessories.
After quality control, the cover is packed on pallets and shipped to the customer ready for installation.
The stainless steel wall bracket is adjustable in 4 positions to increase the wall distance from zero to 6cm.
This makes it possible to compensate for uneven walls, bypass obstacles such as bulky pipes, and adapt to a greater number of models and installations.
Our floor-mounted covers are equipped with adjustable feet. Extendable by up to 6cm, they allow you to precisely compensate for any unevenness in the floor.
In the large Big Blade covers, the adjustable feet are already included and pre-installed before shipment.
The basic white colour is ideal for customising the cover on site, in the colour of the wall or fixtures, or transforming it into a work of art.

How is the cover sent?
Big Blade Climate Covers are shipped fully assembled by our technicians, including brackets and accessories. The covers are then inspected, packed on pallets and shipped, ready for installation.
Where do you ship your products?
Box Air Klima ships throughout Italy and Europe. If your country is not among those accepted at Checkout, please contact us.
After how long will I receive my order?
Big Blade covers require more in-house processing and can take up to 15 days to ship. Delivery times vary depending on the area, generally between 2 and 4 days for most of Europe.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the product and the delivery area.

Can I order the cover in a different colour?
We can make the covers in any RAL colour plus some special colours such as metallic colours, bronze effect, etc.
