Box Air Klima was born from a simple idea: even what goes unnoticed deserves care and design. Our covers for air conditioners, heat pumps, and wallboxes are now in demand all over Europe – and this is just the beginning. To continue growing, we want to build new relationships with resellers and installers, who are the real protagonists of the sector. That’s why we are looking for dynamic people, with experience and passion, capable of presenting the value of our products and guiding customers in choosing the most suitable solutions.
Your role will be to open new opportunities, strengthen relationships of trust, and represent Box Air Klima with professionalism and initiative. You will have catalogs, price lists, digital tools, and marketing support at your disposal – but above all, the chance to grow together with a young and rapidly expanding brand.

✔ Promote and sell Box Air Klima products to installers, resellers, and wholesalers
✔ Develop and maintain the customer portfolio
✔ Support customers in choosing solutions
✔ Collect market feedback
✔ Collaborate with the marketing/sales team
We want you to have…
✔ Enasarco registration and active status as a sales agent.
✔ Experience in plant engineering, HVAC, construction, outdoor furniture, or related fields.
✔ Ability to manage work independently and strong results orientation.
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
✔ Interest in innovative design products and ability to highlight their potential to customers.
It would be an advantage if you also had...
✔ An already active and consolidated network in the HVAC, construction, energy, or related sectors.
✔ Knowledge of foreign languages (English, German and/or French) for international relations.
✔ Ability to use CRM or digital sales support tools.
✔ Experience in managing foreign markets and cross-border business relations.
✔ Team spirit, integrating with the company’s marketing and communication activities.

Who we are
Box Air Klima was founded in 2013 as a company specialized in the design and production of design covers for technical systems. In just a few years, we have gone from a small local business to a solid and steadily growing reality: in 2025 our team is five times larger than at the beginning. Today, 90% of our revenue comes from European markets, and we are opening new paths in Canada and other areas of the continent.
