Inside the VoltaCover Stand: structure, technical compartment and assembly

Not just a post

VoltaCover Stand creates a freestanding EV charging point where no suitable wall is available. The front supports the wallbox, while the structure includes an integrated technical compartment designed to organise the installation.

Its value is not only in the exterior design: internal construction, base, cable routes and panels are part of a structure intended to be installed, inspected and completed according to the electrical project.

Technical compartment and charging-point organisation

The internal space can be used to organise cable routes and components specified by the installation design. The final configuration depends on the selected charger, the site and the electrical project.

The Stand is a structure and does not replace certifications required for electrical equipment or the installation. Protective devices and other equipment must be selected, sized and installed by qualified professionals.

Structure, base and cable routes

The structure is fixed to a suitable base. Its lower section allows cable routing into the Stand while keeping the technical configuration accessible.

Foundation, anchoring and preparations must be defined according to the ground, position and project.

How it is assembled

Production images show internal assembly: panels, structural elements, base, rails and fixing details. This is where the difference between a simple charger post and an engineered charging structure becomes visible.

Real installation: from preparation to final positioning

In a documented installation, the sequence includes excavation, filling and positioning of the base plate, fixing the plate, checking transverse and longitudinal levels, positioning the Stand on the plate and securing it. The documented finishing stage includes grey silicone sealing and touch-up painting.
