Wallbox lighting for when you arrive home in the evening
The value is not the lamp itself: it is arriving home after dark and finding the charging area clearly visible. You park, approach the wallbox and a local sensor light can help you see the connector, cable and connection point without looking for a switch or using your phone as a torch.
A service designed for everyday use
- On arrival: the wallbox area is easier to see after dark.
- When connecting: it helps you locate the connector, socket and cable.
- After charging: it makes it easier to put the cable away before entering the house.
- Automatic activation: the sensor in the lighting component controls switching according to its manufacturer’s specifications.
We prepare the structure. The lamp is a separate component.
M2 Work designs the mechanical preparation and integration space for the light point in the VoltaCover structure. The sensor LED lamp is a separate third-party component that must be purchased and installed separately.
The lamp is not manufactured, certified or sold by M2 Work / Box Air Klima and is not included with the standard cover. Installation and connection must follow the instructions issued by the lighting-component and wallbox manufacturers.
A function available across the range
With the correct configuration for each product, the same service concept can be added to Wallbox Cover, Cover Plus, Crystal Shell, Crystal Shell 360, Station 360, Stand and Vela. The goal remains the same: illuminate the area where the charging point is actually used.
What changes for the driver
The light does not increase charging power, change the wallbox IP rating or replace general car-park lighting. It adds a practical service exactly when it is most useful: when you arrive home in the evening or use the wallbox before dawn.
What to check before installation
- the position of the light in relation to the wallbox, connector and cable;
- the power supply and wiring for the lighting component;
- the available space on the selected VoltaCover model;
- the instructions issued by the lamp and wallbox manufacturers;
- electrical installation in accordance with applicable regulations.
