Can I put the cover on the ground?
If the cover is to be placed on the ground, we suggest you order a pair of adjustable feet if the heat pump is located adjacent to a wall, or two pairs of adjustable feet + a back panel if the unit is located away from the wall. See the "Special installations" section below.
Where do you ship your products?
Box Air Klima ships throughout Italy and Europe. If your country is not among those accepted at Checkout, please contact us.
After how long will I receive my order?
Orders placed on Box Air Klima are processed between 2 and 14 days after receipt of payment, depending on availability. Delivery times vary depending on the area, generally between 2 and 4 days for most of Europe.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the product and the delivery area.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Can I order the cover in a different colour?
We can produce the covers in any RAL colour plus some special colours such as metallic colours, bronze effect, etc.
These colours are available, at extra charge, by writing to the Contact page.

Double Height Kit
Combines two Cover Clima for high or stacked heat pumps.
