For those looking for a cover that matches the system
Not all covers are the same.
Some are light, fade in the sun or obstruct airflow. Others stand out with flashy decorations but neglect what really matters: protection, efficiency, durability.
Box Air Klima was born from a different idea of quality.
A project that combines engineering and design to offer covers that are solid, functional, and aesthetically consistent with their surroundings. Not just accessories, but true architectural elements designed to remain beautiful and high-performing over time.
Our covers don’t just hide the system: they integrate it with elegance, thanks to harmonious shapes, technical materials and refined finishes. The range also includes large models, designed from the start for bigger systems — without forced adjustments, without compromises. And while protecting against rain, hail, frost and UV rays, they keep the system more efficient over time, reducing the risk of malfunctions and energy loss.
A smart choice, visible to the eye — and on the energy bill.

Width
Measure the width taking into account the protruding elements of the unit. Pay particular attention to the space required by the pipes.

Height
Measure the height from the floor to the top of the unit. The ground feet are extendable up to 6 cm, allowing you to compensate for any unevenness of the floor.

Depth
Measure the depth from the wall to the most protruding element. Usually, but not always, these are the ground supports.
Depending on how your heat pump is positioned, you need different measurements.
3 reasons why our cover makes the difference

For an outdoor unit that breathes better and lasts longer
Unlike many generic covers, our system is designed to protect the heat pump, not just hide it.
It blocks dust, leaves, and debris that would otherwise build up over time, reducing efficiency and increasing the need for maintenance — but it does so without compromising ventilation. Every detail of the design has been studied to work with the unit, respecting its natural airflow.
The fins distributed on all sides guide the hot air out, preventing harmful backflow toward the motor. The two upper slots, one at the back and one at the front, respectively allow fresh air in and hot air out. Finally, the entire structure is raised from the ground to promote circulation also from the base.

The peace of mind of solid protection, without adding weight
It not only protects against impacts and hail, but also makes rainy days quieter.
Our composite aluminum cladding is designed to provide real protection: light and durable over time. Two aluminum sheets enclose a rigid core that absorbs impacts and pressures without deforming: ideal against ball hits, garden tools, household work, as well as hail and wind-driven debris. To make your air conditioner last longer, reduce breakdowns, and say goodbye to frequent maintenance.
This structure acts as an acoustic shield: it protects the outdoor unit without overloading the bracket or wall, and reduces noise caused by wind and rain on the system, improving acoustic comfort inside and outside the house.
To prevent damage and inefficiency from heat, UV rays, rain, and frost
A cover that protects your investment over time from damage, inefficiency, extra costs, and future concerns.
Climate is the first enemy of your outdoor unit. UV rays degrade plastics and surfaces, direct sunlight raises its temperature reducing performance and increasing bills, rain causes rust and corrosion, while frost and snow stress seals and circuits. Humidity and thermal fluctuations also contribute, day after day, to the silent aging of the system.
Our cover acts as complete protection: it reflects heat, shields against ultraviolet rays, prevents water stagnation, and defends the unit from extreme weather conditions. This way you reduce breakdowns, prolonging the efficiency and lifespan of your system in every season.

The design that sets us apart across Europe
Every Box Air Klima cover is the result of a project that combines aesthetics, functionality, and real performance. It is not simply about “covering” a system, but about enhancing it, protecting it, and making it an integral part of the space.
This is why our design is officially registered with EUIPO, the European Union Intellectual Property Office. A recognition that certifies not only the unique style of our shapes but also the functional ingenuity of the project: clean lines, openings designed to favor natural ventilation, balanced volumes that protect without obstructing.
It’s not a detail: it’s the guarantee that behind every cover there is a precise idea, designed to last and to improve the user experience over time. A design that convinces at first sight and continues to do so every day, even after years of sun and rain.
FAQ
We answer the most common questions, straight to the point.
Is it true that if you don’t cover the heat pump, it can get damaged?
Yes, it’s written in the manual too. The heat pump is exposed daily to rain, hail, wind, dust, debris, UV rays, and frost. Without proper protection, these factors can cause premature wear, malfunctions, or loss of efficiency. A well-designed cover is a simple way to protect the unit and extend its lifespan.
How is it installed? Can I do it myself?
Installation is generally simple: the cover arrives pre-assembled, with a clear instruction manual and everything needed to assemble its parts. Heat pump covers are very bulky, so for a comfortable and safe installation we recommend having two people.
For wall mounting, the type of plugs and screws depends on the wall material (wood, concrete, insulation, ventilated wall…). In such cases, just ask your local hardware store for advice: they will recommend the most suitable fixings.
Does covering the heat pump reduce its efficiency?
On the contrary. Our covers are designed to protect without obstructing operation: the ventilation system is studied in every detail and is covered by registered design at EUIPO, ensuring optimal airflow.
In summer, shielding the unit from direct sun helps reduce overheating and improves efficiency at critical times. In windy or dusty environments, the structure helps keep filters and air grilles cleaner, maintaining a constant airflow. The balance between protection and airflow allows stable performance, fewer thermal fluctuations, and energy savings on bills.
How do I know if the cover is compatible with my heat pump?
On the product page you will find all internal and external dimensions. The available sizes cover most systems on the market. And if your heat pump is smaller? Then a cover for outdoor conditioners might be more suitable: in that case, check the dedicated page. For non-standard sizes, contact us: we also make custom configurations.
What if I need to access the heat pump for maintenance?
The cover is designed to be easily removable: you can unhook and lift it without dismantling anything. In just a few minutes, you have full access to the system without complications.
Is it possible to customize color or size?
Yes. All Box Air Klima covers can also be painted at home: in this case we recommend ordering the white version. For special orders or specific aesthetic needs, we offer customization on request: colors, finishes, non-standard sizes. Contact us to evaluate the best solution.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is free. We deliver across the European Community with selected couriers within 14 days, except in special cases. You will receive tracking as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
Depending on the size, shipping is handled differently.
Ordering size VXL or 3XL?
The largest sizes (VXL and 3XL) are shipped fully assembled, ready to install — you just need to receive them properly: as bulky and heavy products, they are delivered on pallets with truck tail-lift unloading. Prepare for delivery as follows:
- Make sure you are present at delivery.
- Arrange for a second person to assist with moving.
- Ensure there is free and accessible space for unloading the pallet.
If no one is present when the courier arrives, a new delivery will be required, so it’s important to be ready.
Ordering size XL, XXL, or VL?
All other sizes are shipped partially assembled, in flat packs that are easy to handle. In this case, delivery is via standard courier. You will receive simple instructions to complete assembly yourself. Due to the size of the covers, we recommend having two people.
And what if the product doesn’t fit?
You have 14 days to return your product. Just contact us: we’ll guide you step by step. In case of our mistake or defects, replacement is free.
