Big Blade is an enclosure system for large heat pumps. An internal load-bearing stainless steel frame supports the external aluminium composite ACP cladding. Frame, supports, fixings and access to the unit are designed together.
Wall-mounted. For wall installations, with fixings selected to suit the supporting surface.
Stainless steel forms the load-bearing framework of the enclosure. ACP cladding defines its outer shape and screening. The panels are aluminium composite; the frame is stainless steel. Separating these functions helps organise large surfaces and service access.

Big Blade wall mounted: technical cover for large heat pumps
Big Blade is designed for large heat pumps and HVAC outdoor units where a standard cover is not enough. The wall-mounted version is intended for façades, balconies and terraces when the unit is installed close to the wall and needs protection, airflow management and maintenance access.
Concealed 316 stainless-steel frame
The load-bearing internal structure is made from 316 stainless steel and remains hidden from view. Formed outer panels are mechanically clamped to the frame with stainless-steel screws and self-locking nuts. Folds, frame and clamping work as one system to reduce play and vibration.
3 mm ACP aluminium composite panels
The outer panels are made from 3 mm ACP aluminium composite. They are CNC cut, routed, drilled and formed. The folded geometry increases stiffness and supports precise, repeatable production.
Adjustable airflow
The surfaces use manually adjustable louvers from about 0° to 90°. This allows the free airflow area to be adapted to the installation. The installation must always respect the heat-pump manufacturer’s clearances for airflow and service.
Wall fixing and external insulation
The wall-mounted configuration uses dedicated fixing and clamping points. On façades with external insulation, suitable anchoring solutions are required so that the insulation is not improperly compressed. The anchoring system must be selected according to the actual substrate.
Maintenance access
The cover can be released from its fixing points, lifted and removed from the unit to keep cleaning, maintenance and service accessible.
Protection from direct exposure
Big Blade reduces direct exposure to sun, driving rain, snow, hail, dirt, leaves and light impacts. In coastal areas, the physical barrier and 316 stainless-steel frame also help reduce direct exposure to salt-laden aerosols. It is not presented as a sealed enclosure or a certified safety device.

The range includes XL, XXL, 3XL, 5XL, VL and VXL, with special configurations available where required.
